Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Routa is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
